pinkplum devore two sided double scarf loquat

My loquat tree grown from a pip inspired this design. It is a large tree overshadowing the dyeing area, which sheds sculptural leaves daily but in winter produces sweetly fragrant flowers. To draw and capture some of this magic was irresistible !

Two pieces of fabric are seamed round the edge. On one side leaves are delicately highlighted with hand-painted touches, the reverse is plain (either toning or contrasting colour).
