If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.
Please obtain proof of postage
We recommend that you use a tracked and signed for delivery service. The costs of returning items to us shall be borne by you unless the item(s) was/were faulty. Please obtain proof of postage; failure to do so may result in refusal to refund should your order go missing.
The right to return items to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:
- items(s) have been washed or used in any way;
- items(s) are not in the exact condition as when purchased, with the original label attached;
- items(s) have been damaged, soiled or altered
If a returned item does not meet with these requirements, we may not refund you.
